residential PROJECTS

  • We have completed hydraulic and mechanical design, modelling and documentation for all types of residential builds. We understand the space constraints imposed on plumbing and mechanical systems by modern architecture and can advise on how best to make sure the design intent achievable.

  • Our team have experience in hydraulic and mechanical design, modelling and documentation for a range of commercial projects. We have worked on supermarkets, fast food outlets, multi building-multilevel office precincts, restaurant fit outs, laundromats, and retail outlets.

  • CINCT’s educational facility services experience includes the appropriate mechanical fit out of portable buildings for use as classrooms, services for new buildings housing Science, administration, modern learning blocks, tertiary student hubs, and digital learning blocks.

CINCT has in house experience working with specialist designers modelling and coordinating hydraulic, mechanical, and medical gas designs to the high level of accuracy required. Projects include theatre refurbishments, radiology facilities, hospitals and health centers.
